Lion Costume Head Base
Presenting our Lion Head base for costumes!
Made from a lightweight PLA., with built-in hinges ready to be bolted up.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The design has been digitally sculpted in-house and 3d printed in-house using our largest FDM printer. The set comes as follows:
1 upper head, 1 lower jaw, and 1 set of ears. The ears are attached for you prior to shipping unless requested otherwise. Currently, we do not offer eyes, teeth, noses, or tongues. This is, of course, subject to change.
Each component is a single print so this means NO seams! NO parts glued together so this means that our bases have high structural strength.
There are visible print layer lines, however, these do not affect the final finished creation when it comes to furring, as you can see in our final furred photos. If you do require a smoother finish for a head, please contact us for a custom quote; however, please be aware that this process will take longer to print and therefore come with an increased cost.
The nose has no detail, only a suggestion in form. This is to give you creative control over the nose sculpt. We used epoxy clay to create our nose sculpture on our finished head.
Our bases are tailored to fit YOUR measurements. The base you are ordering is NOT a one-size-fits-all! We work with you to ensure that the head will fit the measurements you give us. Once an order is placed, we will contact you with a form of instructions and a list of required measurements. The base will be sized CUSTOM to YOUR head. So please be aware of this before placing an order. Because of this customization, the speed of communication may affect production times. So please check your emails upon ordering. Your order will then go into a printing queue on a first-come basis. Please also make us aware if you require it to be glasses-friendly, otherwise, we will assume not.

WE ONLY OFFER FULLY FINISHED LION HEADS FOR CORPORATE/BUSINESS CLIENTS, SO IF YOU REQUIRE A FINISHED ONE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH. Furred pictures are there to show what can be achieved and were made using this base design.
Currently, we do NOT ship to Europe due to recent GPSR regs.
For international customers (Non-UK), it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any local import taxes/duties and that these will have to be paid by the buyer.
Please provide the CORRECT shipping information. Incorrect information given will not result in a refund or free replacement.
Items returned to us due to failed delivery may not qualify automatically for a refund/ second delivery attempt. Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis.
